HP125 (6015)
Hongda HP125 (6015) flat head tower crane is 60m, with boom end lifting weight of 1.5T, maximum lifting capacity of 8t, independent height of 46m and maximum height of 201m. The hoisting, slewing and luffing mechanisms adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, and the hoisting and braking are stable, which is suitable for the construction requirements of assembled buildings.
Characteristics of Hongda HP125 (6015) Flat Head Tower Crane
1. The jib adopts high-strength steel (seamless pipe bq490e) with light weight; Large section and good rigidity; The lower chord of the boom is connected with the same integral joint pin shaft as Zoomlion (XCMG and sany lower chord are connected with bolts), which is reliable and convenient to install;
2. The hoisting mechanism adopts jiangte I-shaped structure: large diameter, short drum, drum with broken line rope groove, front rope guide and good rope arrangement. Variable frequency speed regulation, stable starting and braking, slow in place and low speed, meeting the needs of high-rise buildings.
3. The slewing mechanism adopts the torque motor soft start of the same technology of Botan, France (other countries adopt variable frequency motor drive, which has low cost and poor effect), eddy current braking fast stop and Japan Yaskawa variable frequency anti swing technology to ensure the stability of slewing. The slewing can also provide the RCV stepless speed regulation control mode of Botan technology that can reverse the vehicle.
4. The luffing mechanism adopts jiangte mechanism: variable frequency motor drive and variable frequency speed regulation to ensure the stability of luffing.
5. HP125 tower crane is controlled by OMRON PLC in Japan, and the lifting, slewing and luffing frequency converters are special frequency converters for Yaskawa hoisting in Japan;
