Laiyang Hongda Polyurethane Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Hongda Group, specializing in the production of various prefabricated direct-buried polyurethane spiral insulation pipes, anti-corrosion projects, and processing and production of polyethylene jacket pipes.
Laiyang Hongda Polyurethane Co., Ltd. occupies an area of more than 200 acres and has four large-span production workshops. The factory area and production office are integrated. The annual production of direct-buried insulation pipelines is 1,000 kilometers. The company is located in Laiyang Development Zone, close to Yanqing First Class Road, 500 meters away from the entrance of Roewe Expressway. The transportation is convenient and smooth.
Polyurethane insulation pipe is also called thermal insulation direct buried pipe. It is composed of a working pipe for conveying medium, a foam insulation layer, and a polyethylene plastic outer protective pipe which are combined outwards through the equipment in sequence.
Construction features:
1 Reduce the project cost, double-pipe heating pipes, under normal circumstances, can reduce the project cost by about 10% (using high-density polyethylene as the protective layer).
2 Low heat loss and energy saving. The high-temperature prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation pipe has a 4-9 times higher thermal insulation effect than other commonly used pipe thermal insulation materials in the past, and its water absorption rate is about 0.2KG/M2. The reason for the low water absorption is due to the closed cell rate of polyurethane foam as high as about 92%
Low thermal conductivity and low water absorption, coupled with the insulation layer and the high-density polyethylene protective shell with good waterproof performance have changed the situation of traditional trench laying heating pipes wearing wet cotton jackets, reducing the overall heat loss of heating pipes, and heating network heating The loss is 2%, which is less than the international standard requirement of 10%.
3 Anti-corrosion, good insulation performance and long service life.
Since the insulation layer of the polyurethane insulation pipe is tightly bonded to the outer skin of the steel pipe, it can prevent the infiltration of air and water and play a good anti-corrosion effect. At the same time, his foaming cells are closed, with little water absorption.
The service life of the high temperature prefabricated insulation pipe can reach more than 50 years, which is 3-4 times longer than that of the traditional trench laying. It occupies a small area, is fast in construction, and is beneficial to environmental protection.
