SF-120L
The TITLIS brand SF-120L tower crane is an up-slewing, luffing jib tower crane developed by the Hongda Group Company with more than 20 years of tower crane design and production experience. It meets GB/T5031<<Tower Crane Technical Conditions>> GB5144 "Safety Regulations for Tower Cranes" and other standards. The machine has the following characteristics:
1) Advanced performance parameters, large lifting torque, high lifting height, large working range, small gyration radius, and high use efficiency.
2) The whole machine is beautiful in appearance, light in steel structure, excellent in material selection and pre-processed by shaping shot peening and rust prevention; the standard section adopts mold assembly welding and cutting processing, which has good interchangeability; the boom adopts pin shaft and high Strong bolt connection, convenient assembly and disassembly; no driver's cab operation.
3) The machine has working types such as fixed, walking, attachment, and internal climbing, which can meet the needs of various constructions such as urban middle and high-rise buildings and industrial plants.
4) The hoisting mechanism adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, which can obtain the ideal hoisting speed and slow loading of the load. The slewing mechanism adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation technology, which works smoothly and accurately. The boom mechanism is driven by a two-speed motor, and the caliper brake is stable and reliable.
5) Various safety devices are complete, equipped with torque, weight, amplitude, and height monitoring functions, as well as alarm and self-locking functions.
